The human body is one of the most complex machines in the world and it takes a lot to maintain this complex machine. By a healthy body, I mean everything must be perfect right from the head to the foot. For that to happen, one should have a really healthy diet that provides the machine its lubrication and energy. Vitamins, minerals, Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats and roughage must ample and maintained in one's diet and this is what the real meaning of a balanced diet is.
Drinking a lot of water is good for the body as it can easily emulsify the fat globules formed in the stomach and these globules are obtained from the food we eat. Without water, the globules would solidify and lead to cholesterol. Drink a glass of warm water every morning after you wake up. Have a good lunch consisting of vegetables and roughage. Chicken and other non vegetarian can be included but make sure you do not add too much oil. After your dinner, walk a mile. Brisk walking is recommended as night is the time to burn your calories. These measures will ensure that the machine functions properly.
